Friendly user interface

Check, plan, price, book, issue tickets and manage your company rail travel in real time on line; all at the click of a button.

Whether you are booking a second or first class ticket, by identifying the best available travel options and fares on line, this tool delivers substantial cost savings verses traditional methods of booking rail travel.

By issuing tickets locally at your offices, queuing at the station ticket office becomes a thing of the past. Tickets issued by the system are accepted for use at rail station barriers which ensures the traveller time spent at the station is kept to a minimum.

Management time is also kept to an absolute minimum as our booking tool captures all travel and expenditure data and delivers it to you in a format which is entirely flexible and in line with the reporting requirements of your company.

The online service* is secure and depending on the number of offices to be enabled, system set-up and in-house training by Rail-Line’s dedicated team of rail travel specialists, takes just a few short hours.

The Rail-line self-booking system can be used to make travel bookings with all major UK rail operators.
