Major new developments for Rail-Line’s on-line booking tool

I am delighted to announce exciting new improvements to Rail-Line’s on-line booking tool. The new improvements are effective from today and include:

Carbon Emissions Reporting

Rail-Line’s Carbon Emissions Reporting will display the impact of rail journeys against other forms of transport. Data is displayed clearly during the booking process and feeds through to Management Information and customer back office hand offs.

As with all Rail-Line’s Management Information, Carbon Emissions Reports can be accessed online 24/7.

Other major enhancements in this release include:

London Underground Zonal Fares (2/3/4/5/6)

It will now be possible to issue London Underground zonal tickets between all zones, just select them from the drop down list.

Carnets

The ability to book and print Virgin Trains' Take 10 product is included in this release.

Website Skinning

Rail-Line booking tools can now be customised to meet your branding requirements with your company logo, custom colours and images.

Other features in this release also includes:

• Automatic selection of Group Saver Fares
• LON as a group code for London stations
• Help Pages have been extensively updated
• Single fare comparisons with return fare costs are now displayed to the user
